Colombia and Guatemala will face off at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, USA, in a friendly match on Saturday night (September 24).

The Habs failed to qualify for the FIFA World Cup after a tumultuous qualifying campaign, finishing sixth after racking up just five wins and 23 points from 18 games. For the first time since 2010, they will not be in the final.

Guatemala, who have never participated in the World Cup, failed in their attempt to do so after being eliminated in the first qualifying round. The Mayas, however, are doing well in the CONCACAF Nations League, picking up seven points from three games to claim second place in Group D.

Colombia vs Guatemala head to head

There have only been six clashes between the two teams before, with each side taking two wins apiece.

It will also be their first meeting since February 2013.

Colombia vs Guatemala Prediction

Guatemala could set up in more defensive form, but Colombia have a lot more experience and quality. Luis Diaz, Radamel Falcao and James Rodriguez should be too much firepower for the Mayans.

Prediction: Colombia 2-1 Guatemala
